How to Shop and Save on Shopee Philippines

Shopee Philippines has become a go-to app for Filipino shoppers who want variety, convenience and frequent promotions. Whether you are buying school supplies, gadgets or household basics, the same principles help you pay less and shop with more confidence.

Know your sellers

On Shopee PH you will see Shopee Mall stores, Preferred sellers and regular shops. Mall stores sell from official brands and authorised retailers; Preferred sellers have met Shopee's service standards. For electronics, beauty products and anything where authenticity matters, these badges are worth prioritising.

Timing is everything

The biggest savings usually appear during the double-date campaigns — 9.9, 10.10, 11.11 and 12.12 — plus payday sales around the 15th and end of the month. Flash deals throughout the day can also be good value, but stock is limited and sells out fast.

Getting the most from vouchers

• Claim free-shipping vouchers first — shipping across islands can add up.
• Combine platform vouchers with shop vouchers where allowed.
• Check minimum spend rules so a voucher does not silently drop off at checkout.
• Use cash on delivery or other payment options only where they suit you, and compare any payment-specific promos.

Delivery and returns

Delivery times vary by location and seller. Check the estimated delivery window before ordering, especially for provincial addresses or overseas sellers. If something arrives damaged or wrong, start a return or refund request inside the app within the allowed window and keep photos of the parcel and item.
